In this Core Keeper Crafting Guide, I'll tell you how crafting works in this survival crafting action RPG and list all of the items you can craft in the game!
Crafting in Core Keeper works much like many other similar games: you take some base materials, go into a menu, and make something new with those materials.
There are several kinds of crafting in the game:
This is a list of all of the craftable items we've found in Core Keeper (with the exception of Cooking, which we cover in our Core Keeper Cooking Guide).
Hand-crafted items can be made from your inventory without the use of any workbenches.
Wood items can be crafted right at the beginning of the game as soon as you get your hands on some wood. Copper items are the hallmark of the Dirt Biome and provide some early-game options for superior armor and tools.
The Salvage and Repair Station breaks down items into Scrap Parts and can expend Scrap Parts to repair any item.
The Cooking Pot can make dozens of recipes. These are covered in detail in our Cooking Guide.
Tin items are the equipment and workbenches that you can make after you've entered The Clay Caves biome.
Iron items can be crafted once you've gotten some Iron from The Forgotten Ruins biome.
The Cartography Table is used to share map data with other players.
Scarlet items are the best craftable items available in the game. You can find Scarlet Ore in the Azeos' Wilderness biome, but you won't be able to get to that biome until you've beaten the first three bosses.
Several items are craftable at the statues surrounding The Core after you've defeated bosses.
Some items cannot be crafted at a workbench or at the Core.
That's it for our Core Keeper Crafting Guide! Check out more guides below:
I've had a controller in my hand since I was 4 and I haven't stopped gaming since. CCGs, Tabletop Games, Pen & Paper RPGs - I've tried a whole bunch of stuff over the years and I'm always looking to try more!
